Error in SAT registration?

Question

I am registering for the March SAT. Upon entering my billing information and attempting to pay, the website repeatedly tells me that the credit card could not be processed and that I should verify my credit card information or try a different card. I have verified my information and see nothing wrong with it. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what are your suggestions? Please answer quickly because I want to register as soon as possible to get into the right testing center.

debit cards, afaik, will not work.



If you are under 18 and have a card in your name that is shared with a parent, you will need to enter the exact name and info on their card, not yours.



If it is a set amount CC that you received as a gift, you may need to activate it for online use (had to do that with an xmas gift visa, even though it had been used in person already).
