I have a piece of coursework for english that i'm really really stuck on. I have to write to entertain/explore/imagine etc. and i have no ideas at all what to write about. It can be in any format/style, but i just really need a theme to start me off.
thanks :)

Write about something with the theme "what if...". For example what if you got a golden airline ticket through the post that allowed you to fly anywhere in the world at any time? Where would you go? What would you do ? Who would you see ? Who would send you this magic ticket and why?
Or perhaps an "if I was..." theme. For example If I was a celebrity, prime minister, God , invisible or just a different person from your life like your mother or best friend what would you do ? Would you act the same do everything differently or something else?
Well those are a couple off the top of my head, good luck! As long as you've tried with everything you've got then you'll have no reason to have any regrets for anything at all.

If you're really imaginative, write about a huge disaster where the world is threatened or something on those lines- it's really easy to put in plenty of descriptive words and 'the five senses.'
Horror is the perfect genre for an imaginative writing piece, I've always thought.

Write in epic ballad about King Waffel and princess Turnup. end it with a saucy sex scene in which Princess Turnup gets it in the *** from the fair Night Carmelcorn. The bad guy will be the evil Witch Cakebatter.

Write about a memory of yours and make it really descriptive. That's what I did.

Try writing about a 'Dreamworld' or something like that.
