I got a score of 192, but I'm not sure that's quite high enough...

For the class of 2011, it was 201 for commended; the cutoffs HAVE NOT been released yet for the class of 2012, but it's highly unlikely that the commended cutoff will drop as much as 9 points; the semifinalist cutoffs will be even higher for most if not all the states, so unfortunately, you most likely won't qualify for NM. However, a 192 is still a fairly respectable score, and if you're an Underrepresented Minority, it might qualify you for other honors, such as the National Achievement Program.

Commended is usually around 200, and semifinalist depends on the state but they're all higher than 192. If you're Black or Hispanic, you MAY qualify for NA or NHRP but it's unlikely.
