Question:
Worried about my Geometry End of course exam?

I have a geometry and a science EOC on June 5th and June 6th. I'm really worried about them because for one, I've terrible memory. I have really good grades especially in Geometry and Science but the majority of my excellence stems from notes. I worry about the exams so much because I fear that I might have a panic attack. My mother knows how well my grades are and is always saying you can do it and she expects me to pass both. I do appreciate the encouragement but it makes me stress even more because if I fail then I will not only be letting myself done but her as well. Should I really be worrying this much? My brothers took the geometry EOC last year and they did not pass it. But they were still allowed to graduate from the 10th grade because I think they earned a few credits to make up for it. Is such an option available for students in the class of 2013?

Don't stress out! Everyone always works themselves up about it, stressing that they won't pass and that it will be too hard, but after the test everyone says that it was way easier then expected...Check what material is on the reference sheets for both. Last year when taking the Algebra EOC there was only one person that didn't pass out of all the Algebra classes and that was because the student hadn't payed attention in class and had hardly done any classwork/homework. If you don't pass the EOC then you can take it again during the next testing window. Since your testing in the summer, you would probably take it again in the winter testing sessions. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't count against you...search it online or ask a teacher/school staff member to find out the specific details for testing for your state (I'm basing this answer off the state standards or whatever it is called for my state and it may be different for where you live). And good luck, I'm taking the Geometry EOC today!

Don't worry too much about it. The only thing you need to do is study till you feel prepare if you have done good in the past and in the class then you'll be just fine in the tests. if you keep worrying too much its only going to cause you too stress and that may not help you for the tests at least for me when I'm too stressed for a tests it makes me forget everything II studied so my advice is just relax and make sure you feel prepared for the tests a\then you wouldn't have anything to worry about the case you actually don't pass(which I doubt) there are always other options I think you can make up for those curses in some other ways. As to your mom don't think about it too much she believes in you and even if you don't pass shell knows you and I believe that if you explain to her what happen everything will be fine :) hope this helped and good luck on the tests

no person will care which you took remedial math your first actual semester of faculty, if it improves your math expertise that's completely a good. A remedial direction will evaluate the guidelines, assume basic algebra and geometry. Taking a remedial math classification is a procedures greater valuable than attempting to take the frequent direction and failing. After analyzing what you wrote that's obvious that a remedial classification is a thank you to circulate, your extreme college math did no longer practice you for college math. Shaky fundamentals enormously lots negate the possibility of fulfillment in larger math instructions.
