There is no rule for how much of a difference an IQ point makes. The difference between for example 99 and 100 isn't necessarily the same as the difference between 129 and 130. The number only tells you how well you do compared to others, and how many percent of the population you score better/worse then. It doesn't tell you how a certain improvement in score correlates to intelligence.

Nothing is the short answer.  IQ tests simply aren't that sensitive.
