Does everyone need to take the CUNY math placement exam?

Hello everyone,

So I'm entering the part of my life where I choose what college I'm going to attend. One of my choices is Hunter College and all my friends have been receiving letters to take the math placement exams for CUNY. I didn't receive any letters from CUNY claiming that I have to take the placement exam. I also heard it was mandatory for all incoming freshman, so should I call CUNY or just wait till I get my letter?

Math a million is Algebra Math 2 is geometry... AND Math 3 is Trigonometry or Math B... so the ingredient is you've probably took the previous 2 instructions(exceeded them) and now you're taking trigonometry or Math B thinking the very reality that you have not got any further take the regent yet. it is the reason why CUNY is somewhat asking you to take the maths 3 section.
