I am wanting to take the certification tests for CompTIA's A+ and I was trying to schedule my test so I can take it locally and found like 10 different tests labeled A+ and most of them had codes associated with them like 206-601 ect. Any help on which tests I am supposed to take?

These are the four exams:

A+ essentials (exam 220-601)

IT Technician (220-602)

Remote Support Technician (220-603)

Depot Technician (220-604)

You MUST pass the A+ essentials and from there pick from the rest of the three which one you want to do.

So in essence, the A+ cert consists of 2 exams.

You need to take the Essentials and assuming you want to work hands-on with computers the IT Technician.

Good Luck.
