How accurate are practice tests (particularly the one on collegeboard) at predicting actual test results? Are they at least as accurate as within 100 plus or minus the total score?

Also, what would be a good score to be considered for academic scholarships?

Depends, some universities want you to get your scores within the 650s on each sections, others will be satisfied with a 600 in each section.

Also, the collegeboard tests are very accurate. I made a 1920 on a practice test I took week before the SAT. Made a 1940 on the real thing.

The practice tests from the College Board are as accurate as it gets. Tests from other sources aren't reliable at all.

As far as scholarships go, it's all about the schools you're looking at. But a general rule of thumb is you'll need to be hitting at least 600 per section.
