i wanted to do some A-level modules with the OCR exam board, i have done A-level exams before with the Edexcel board. should i use the same UCI (Unique Candidate Identifier) number i did for Edexel for OCR or do i need a new number.

no, your UCI number is the same for all exam boards

i think your candidate is the same as well and the centre number if you are sitting them in the same place as well but they'll tell you that on the day

to apply you need your UCI, so it's definitely the same

good luck!

You can do exams with another UCI but it is better if you stick with the same one even if you have moved centres.
