I want to sell my course book now that I've passed the NCLEX and won't be needing it anymore, but don't want to get into any kind of legal trouble or anything.

if you paid for the book then you can do what you please. im not saying make copies and go on the cornor selling it, but i do think that you can resell the book. i image it would be like people buying books from the college book stores and posting sell ads to sell them when the class is over

I didn't use Kaplan but friends of mine who did said it was not worth the $$. Check out practice books from the public library for free, use any practice test question books your college had, borrow practice test question material from prior grads or nurses who haven't thrown out their old stuff, and any online free test questions you can find. And do practice questions every day for a month religiously (I did 100 questions a day for a month). Nursing school has already given you the knowledge required for the exam, the daily practice gets you past the test anxiety (which is why most people who fail the test fail).
