I'm kinda mad/sad about my FCAT score?

hi. i just got my score on my FCAT writing prompt scores, and i really wanted to get a score 6. but it turned out, i got a score 5. my other friend, Catherine, is the one who actually got a 6. and just so you know, me, Catherine, and Ronae are the only A+ students in my class. anyways, me and Ronae got a 5, and Catherine is the ONLY 1 in our class who got a 6. so, tomorrow, the office is gonna give her a giant, golden trophy. (also, me, Ronae, and Catherine got the best scores in the class, but i REALLY wanted a 6) and right now, i'm crying SO MUCH. i'm surprised i could even type this whole thing up. anyways, i'm really sad/mad right now. i REALLY WANTED THAT 6!! what should i do? i even started crying when my teacher told me my score, and i'm still crying right now.i REALLY FEEL LIKE I WANNA HIT CATHERINE RIGHT NOW!! help!! :,( (also, the highest score you can get in the FCAT is a 6.) i just really don't know what to do. PLZZ HELPPP!!

the FCAT is one of the dumbest tests ever, it just tells the state if your school is teaching you right. they are giving those other peoples dumb shiny trophies so that other idiots say "awww not fair, i want one" and then they study more and do well the next year therefore making the school look better.



if you are getting that upset about a stupid standardized test, then i am sorry to put this so bluntly... but get a life. i have taken the FCAT tons of times and when we got our scores back nobdy cares. if you really want a dumb trophy that says "your super, look at you! you are an FCAT STAR!!!" then get over yourself. the fact that you are getting this upset about the flipping FCAT is truly sad. find a hobby. maybe try water color painting, or get a puppy. you obviously need to reconsider your priorities if you spend your life getting upset about the FCAT and then going and complaining online.



while a mean spirited and sarcastic answer like this will most likely make you continue to cry, get over it. violence is not the answer... so do not hit her. what do you mean "what should i do?? omg :( ??!!" who gives a crap. what are you... in third grade? sorry but in real life no one goes home and cries if they don't get a golden trophy. reality sucks, get over it.

I got a 6 on my FCAT writes and I'm in eighth grade, I didn't even finish the test. Anyway they get a trophy? I wish they would give those out at our school but everyone who got a 5 and above (at our school) are going to Outback Steakhouse during May in a limousine during a school day. Oh and there's nothing you can do about your score, you're just going to have to suck it up. Also FCAT is stupid it wastes your time when you should be learning about more important stuff or doing something productive rather than stress over the FCAT. At least you got a 5 and not a 2, just be happy you didn't fail.

cool, don't be sad!, don't think they are better than u, but actually my same situation. I thought i did horrible on my test while the rest of my friends thought they all got 6's but i just wanted to pass with a 3.5. It turns out that i scored a 4.5 while the rest of my friends got 4's, they were surprised.

Who cares if somebody got a higher score. It really does not matter. Fight that anger by reading some books and studying some math. That is the only thing you can do.

those scores at the instant are not placed on web content to guard the scholars, as quickly as the scores are out your new child's college will likely deliver those scores domicile contained in the mail. if not you may constantly touch the college to locate them out.
