Weighted GPAs are meaningless. Since every high school has it's own weighting system, there's no telling what your real GPA is. Weighted GPA is only used to calculate class rank and nothing else. Colleges ask for unweighted GPA. Your question might as well have been 'I'm M, is that good?' There's no way to tell.

It has no meaning unless it is based on a very large sample of students and by large I mean millions. If it is just what your own school gave you, it is worthless. All schools try to put the best face on themselves.

If that translates to a 4.0 UW GPA, then yes. Everything else is trash.
