Logarithms are not on the Math section on the SAT.

for the math level I and math level II, yes. For the SAT reasoning, you do not need to know anything about logarithms.

I don't think so, I got a 780 on math last year, and I really don't think there were any logs on it. Maybe know some really simple ln type questions.
