I'll be taking the SATs in a couple of weeks, and i've used two of my free copies to be sent to two different schools.

I'm a junior and will be appling to the schools for the 08-09 school year.

My question is do I need to e-mail the schools to tell them that I sent my SAT scores to them? since I won't be appling for a few more months..

You shouldn't need to e-mail the schools that you had collegeboard.com send your score reports to. When the colleges receive your test scores, they create a file for you, then if you later decide to apply, they review all your test scores from the file.

I am going to be a senior next year too, and I took my SAT's earlier this month. They aren't as bad as you think. You'll do fine. Good Luck!

Hope this helps!

I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:

I recommend this guide to anyone seeking to get a higher score to get into a first choice college.

i take advantage of to artwork area time in the admissions branch at my college. maximum faculties see an progression in scores as a solid sign, this implies you have found out greater as a results of fact the final time you took the attempt to are transforming into better as a student. some faculties would be thoughtful and not evaluate your older try scores, different faculties will take the perfect of, meaning in case you scored bigger in math on one attempt to better in verbal on yet another, they are going to combine them to furnish you the perfect possible score. different faculties heavily isn't so constructive and could evaluate the two try scores. in case you think of you have a solid probability of having better your scores, then you definately could desire to definately take them returned and deliver the two to the faculties you prefer to stay with for.
