For example, I was going to send my score report to Cal Tech when i realized that they require SAT Math Lv. 2 so I registered for it for the Dec. test. If i was to send my scores to them now, would they also receive my Dec. score for the one Subjects test?

It depends on how late the school is accepting scores. Most schools will do it till the beginning of February. Once you pick schools to send the scores to the first time they will automatically send your scores the next time or you can change them. I know this because i had the same problem. hope this helps.
