Percent? It's just an indication of how well you did on the exam. No, your class work has no bearing on what grade you get on the AP test. The test is designed to see how much you learned, the class is there to make you do the work. There have been lots of people who've failed the AP class but got a 5 on the test.

There is no percentage grade attached. It is a rating of your preformance compared to others who took the test. Your score is in the top tier. I am not sure what you mean by "does course work count". You should have received a class grade for your work, and it will be on your transcript.

well it really does not have percent but if we were to make calculations it would turn out to be:

5 is about 90-100

4 is about 80-90

3 is about 70-80

2 and 1 do not pass. This grades are based on what college students are getting. for example if you answer 50 correct out of 60, and that is the average of an A student in college, then you will get a 5.
