Especially for math. I have all this summer and a little bit of the fall to prepare.

I am a bit biased (since I wrote a math book), so I recommend visiting the student message board at College Confidential (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/) and asking them about books. This board attracts highly motivated test takers and they have worked through all the best ones.

Good luck!

The best SAT prep book, in my opinion, is the Official SAT Study Guide. It has 10 practice tests, so you can practice the mathematics section and maybe the other sections as well. I found that the most helpful. I also used Barron's, Princeton Review, and McGraw Hill.

Good luck! :)
